thank you! i started out not counting calories, but i noticed i was getting very out of energy and feeling exhausted, and then i realized i wasn’t eating enough calories. i didn’t think it was possible to eat too few calories, but i guess when you eat so extremely healthy, the food isn’t calorie-rich enough. i now count calories approximately just to make sure i get at least 1200. good luck to you! you will get there :) and btw your blog is so beautiful. i followed <3
